JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Research Planning and Design
+ Designing research projects related to swine.
+ Planning experimental protocols and methodologies.
+ Identifying research objectives and hypotheses.
Data Collection and Analysis
+ Conducting data collection on swine behavior and performance.
+Analyzing collected data using statistical methods.
+Ensuring data quality and accuracy through proper techniques.
Collaboration and Communication
+ Collaborating with other swine R&D teams, farm managers, and other departments.
+ Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Reporting Research Findings
+ Reporting research findings to managers.
+ Providing guidance and expertise to farm members to ensure experiment accuracy and smoothness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Have a Master's degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine.
Possess at least 3 years of experience in swine farm management, swine nutrition, or other areas related to swine.
Have experience in carrying out research projects and designing experiments.
Have an intermediate level or above in English and can communicate fluently in English.
Willing to work in a research farm in the Southeast area.
