I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Market Survey: Research and analyze the market, competitors, and customer needs; provide recommendations for market development.
Marketing Plan: Develop marketing strategies based on survey results; plan and execute events, webinars, and workshops; estimate and analyze the marketing budget.
Product Development: Research company and competitor products; collaborate to assess product quality; develop new products and improve existing ones according to the plan.
Support Marketing Activities: Prepare documents, reports, and compile customer feedback; analyze competitors and customers.
Pricing: Research and set product prices to balance customer and company benefits; develop promotional plans to support the sales team.
Digital Marketing: Develop and monitor digital marketing plans; track and analyze campaign effectiveness and improve efficiency.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Graduated with Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or related major.
No experience required, willing to train new graduates
Must have the ability to undertake business travel 5-7 times/month, involving visits to markets to provide support to the sales team.
Can communicate by English
