Data Analyst

The primary responsibility of a Data Analyst is to conduct data analysis and reporting (60%), collaborating with business departments to meet their data needs, design reports, and identify trends for operational enhancement. They also manage data governance (30%) by monitoring database performance, implementing backup strategies, and ensuring data security. Research and development (10%) involves staying updated on industry trends for continuous improvement in data management and analysis.

• Data Analysis and Reporting (60%)
  ● Work with business departments within the organization to identify and understand their data needs
  ● Design, develop reports and dashboards that meet the needs of our stakeholders
  ● Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve our business operations
  ● Optimize current operation dashboards system
• Data Governance and Management (30%)
  ● Monitor database performance, conduct regular performance tuning, and optimize queries for maximum efficiency
  ● Develop and implement database backup and recovery strategies to ensure data reliability and minimize downtime
  ● Develop and maintain database, data models, data dictionaries, and other documentation related to data mart
  ● Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the security and integrity of our data
• Research and development (10%)
  ● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to data management and analysis

• At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or related field
  ● Experience with data visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Superset, Excel.
  ● Experience with extracting data and transforming (ETL)
  ● Knowledge of data management principles and best practices
  ● Effective communication skills & logical thinking
  ● Can communicate by English
• Preferred qualifications:
  ● Experience in the feed-farm-food industry or related industry
  ● Experience with ETL tools
  ● Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
  ● Experience with data modeling and database design
  ● Understanding of cloud-based data management solutions such as AWS or Azure

• Workplace: Floor 12A, Sofic Tower, 10 Mai Chi Tho, Thu Thiem Ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Work time: 7:30 - 16:30 (Monday - Saturday), off 2 Saturdays a month
