2021 STRATEGY DIRECTION

        So we are about to come to the end of a tumultuous and difficult 2020 with the complicated situation of Covid-19, natural disasters, and African swine fever. Understanding the general situation but with the goal of always developing, on November 20, 2020 in Vung Tau, the feed business division of Sunjin Southern held a meeting to share the 2021 strategic orientation named “2021 STRATEGY DIRECTION” with the aim of looking back on the results of 2020 and sharing the strategy for 2021.

          Attending the sharing session were Mr. Lee Ik Mo – General Director of Sunjin Vietnam, Mr. Hong Jin Pyo – General Director of Sunjin Vietnam animal feed business. That is the close attention and closeness of the Board of Directors to Sunjin employees, for every activity of the company.

Also in that sharing session, 3 Sales Directors of 3 regions Dong Nai, Mien Tay and Mekong respectively shared the results of 2020, difficulties, achievements, limitations and challenges. and the efforts of the sales department staff in the past time. At the same time, set up a market development plan in 2021, specific to each activity,  bringing the orientation of the feed business department closely to Sunjin’s orientation and vision..

But not because we are so engrossed in our work that each of us forgets that each employee is also a citizen, a child, a friend, a husband, wife, father, mother, etc. Understanding that, the Board of Directors of Sunjin Vietnam also spent more time listening to the thoughts, thoughts, and mission of Sunjin employees to their family and to the company. It’s a kind of care that you can’t get anywhere else. It is also the simple happiness in today’s chaotic life.

The sharing session did not stop there, Sunjin Vietnam’s General Director of Animal Feed Business – Mr. Hong Jin Pyo also made predictions about the upcoming market situation and gave directions for activities. coming and pass on experience in how to improve work efficiency.

At the end of the sharing session on the morning of November 20, there were statements from Sunjin Vietnam’s General Director – Mr. Lee Ik Mo, whose words of concern and expectation for a breakthrough 2021 gave strength to employees. Sunjin’s business.

Thus, the morning sharing session on the 20th ended successfully and we look forward to a more successful and breakthrough new journey. In addition to that enthusiastic spirit, Sunjin also organized teambuilding games on a sunny afternoon on Back Beach, Vung Tau Beach. With the aim of increasing the connection between employees, between groups, between employees and managers, the games are highly team-oriented, increase understanding and bring laughter to all. everyone.
